About the Job
Technical Requirements:
Backend:
- Strong experience with PHP (modern standards & best practices)
- Advanced MySQL skills, including:
- Complex queries.
- Performance optimization.
- Database design & normalization.
- Experience building and maintaining ERP and CRM systems.
Frontend:
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3
- Strong JavaScript (ES6+).
- Ability to build responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
Security & Quality:
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Familiarity with penetration testing concepts and vulnerability mitigation.
- Experience handling authentication, authorization, and data protection.
AI-Assisted Development:
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor or similar)
- Strong prompt engineering skills to enhance productivity and code quality.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with version control (Git)
- Experience optimizing legacy systems.
- Understanding of system scalability and performance tuning.
